Aubrey Plaza is an American actress and comedian known for her deadpan-style comedy. She gained popularity through her role as April Ludgate in the TV show Parks and Recreation. Plaza started her career as an intern and later performed in improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. She appeared in movies like Funny People and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Plaza was born in Wilmington, Delaware, to parents Bernadette (an attorney) and David Plaza (a financial advisor).
